Rank and Hire Applicants#
Applicants are hired through the Rank and Hire Applicants (IRAP) form.
The Rank/Hire Applicants screen definition data is stored in the
P2K_RE_APPLICATIONS table.
The information in this screen is for VIEWING ONLY. You may not alter the values in the fields defined below.
Application Info#
- Code
- This field will display the application number assigned to this candidate’s submission.
- Candidate
- This field will display the name of the applicant.
- Status
- This field indicates the current status of the application.
- Stage Seq
- This field shows the current stage in the application process for this submission.
- Stage Description
- This field explains the current stage.
- Current Step
- This field shows what step within the current stage the application is at.
- Last Assessed
- This field indicates when the applicant was last assessed.
- Reason for Rejection
- If the candidate was not hired, the reason will be posted here.
- Points
- This field shows the total assessment points the candidate achieved.
- Candidate
- This field identifies the candidate.
- Available Date
- This is the date the candidate would be available for the position.
- Status
- This is the current status of the applicant.
- Type
- This field indicates the type of applicant this candidate is.
- Category
- This field will further classify the candidate into a specific group.
Assessment Info#
- Assessment
- This field will show any assessments associated with this application.
- Status
- This field will indicate the current status of the assessment.
- Rating
- This field will show the rating the candidate obtained for this individual assessment.
- Points
- This field will show the number of points the candidate obtained for this individual assessment.
- Date
- This field will show the date the candidate completed the assessment.
Used by Application#
- Hire Applicant
- This button will allow you to hire the candidate.
- Schedule Assessment
- This button will allow you to schedule an assessment event for this candidate.
