!!!ENTER EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS
The Time Sheet (IPTS) screen is a accumulation of generated time, manual data entry and time rules.

All active time sheets will be displayed:
* 10 Schedule Modified
* 20 Active
* 30 Rules Applied
* 40 Submitted
* 50 Ready for PR
* 95 Adjustment

Transactions can be inserted into timesheets that are a status of 'Ready for Payroll'. In order to restrict this from happening, the Preference [PTS RDY PR FRZN(System_Preference)] can be set to 'Yes', then no changes can be made on timesheet entries.

;[TS#|TIME_SHEET_NUMBER]: This field holds the system generated time sheet number. The field may hold up to 10 numeric digits.
;[Time Sheet Status|TIME_SHEET_STATUS]: The status of the time sheet is displayed here. Time Sheet Status is tied to the lexicon [X_TIME_SHEET_STATUS].
;[Assignment|ASSIGNMENT]: The employee's assignment that the time sheet was generated for is displayed here. 
;[Position|POSITION_CODE]: The employee's position for the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here. 
;[Job|JOB_CODE]: The employee's job from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
;[Department|DEPARTMENT_CODE]:The department from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.

__Leave Bank Balances__
;[Leave|LEAVE_TYPE_CODE]:If the employee has any leave banks, the leave type will be displayed here. 
;[Balance|DRV_BALANCE_TO_DATE]: This field displays the balance of their leave banks.

;[Submit|ACT_SUBMIT_TIME_SHEET_NO_DAILOG]: This button when pressed will submit the employee's time sheet for approval.
;[Approve|ACT_APPROVE]:This action button will approve the time sheet and its entries.
;[EE Sign Off Received|ACT_RECEIVED_EE_SIGN_OFF]: This button allows the employee to sign off on their time sheet.  
;[Show Require Leave Reason|ACT_SHOW_LEAVE_REASON_REQUIRED]: This button, when pressed, will display a dialog showing any leaves the employee may be taking during the time sheet period which require leave reasons. The user may select a leave reason and add text within this dialog.

!!Time Sheet Entries tab

Displays the result of Scheduled Shifts and Time Exceptions.

;[Date|ENTRY_DATE]: This field displays the date of the time entry.
;[Assign|ASSIGNMENT_CODE]: This field displays the assignment code the time entry is for. 
;[Start|START_TIME]: If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the start time of the employee's shift is displayed here. 
;[End|END_TIME]: If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the end time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
;[Time Code|TIME_CODE]: This field stores the time code used to track the time. 
;[Value|TIME_OR_AMOUNT]: This field stores the value of the time. 
;[Basis|TIME_BASIS]: This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
;[Time Reason|REASON_FOR_TIME]: This field indicates the reason for the time taken. 
;[Cost|COST_CENTER_CODE]: If cost centers are used the cost center may displayed here.

!!Totals tab

Displays totals for Time Codes, Time Types and Time Codes Sets (as governed by the set up of the Required Time Totals screen [IPRTT]).

__ Time Code Totals__
;[Date|DATE]: This field indicates the date for which the time was worked/taken.
;[Time Code|TIME_CODE]: This field indicates the time code for which the total is for.
;[Amount|TOTAL]: This field indicates the total amount of time for the time code for the date listed.

__Time Type Totals__
;[Date|DATE]: This field indicates the date for which the time was worked/taken.
;Time Type: The type of time the time code is defined as is displayed here. This comes in from the [X_TIME_TYPE] lexicon defined in [IDTC].
;[Amount|TOTAL]:This field holds the total amount of time for that type of time for the day.

This tab shows clock punch information for the employee's time sheet.

;[Job / Unit|JOB_UNIT]: The job and unit associated to the the employee's time exception is displayed here.
