MAINTAIN CANADIAN CLAIM CODES#
Canadian Claim Codes are assigned by the Canada Custom and Revenue Agency (CCRA) to indicate the tax credit amount that is being claimed by an employee for personal exemption.
The Canadian Claim code file is provided and contains all the CCRA specified claim amounts, both the low and high end exemption, by effective date.
A new file will be provided whenever there is a change in the Claim code amounts, usually at the beginning of each year.
The codes held in the Maintain CDN Claim Codes (IPCC) form should not be altered by users.
CDN Claim codes data is stored in the P2K_PR_CDN_CLAIM_CODES and P2K_PR_CDN_CLAIM_DETAILS tables.
