!!INITCAP , UPPER and LOWER
!Functionality:
These Oracle functions will return the passed character string with the capitalization changed as indicated:
*INITCAP will return the first letter of each word capitalized; 
*UPPER will return all letters in UPPERCASE; 
*LOWER will return all letters in lowercase.
