A: For clients that offer medical plans from different carriers, if you would like to provide information regarding the plans offered by the different carriers, then following options are recommended:

If using the same Benefit plan type for all benefit plans, create an index HTML page with links to the various benefit plans offered by the different carriers. The index HTML page should be defined in the URL field for the plan type in IBPT.
