DEFINE NOTE TYPES#

The Define Note Types (IMNT) form is used to define the different types of notes available in the system. The MEMO is a mandatory note type for Self Service MEMO functionality.

The definition data for the Define Code Sequences screen is stored in the P2K_AM_NOTE_TYPES table.

Note Type

This field provides the name of the note type.

Description

This field gives a short description of the note type.

Max. Size

The maximum length of the note type is provided in this field.
