!!!ESTABLISH FORM OBJECT SECURITY

The Establish Form Object Security (IMFOS) screen allows allows you to control object security by function for either a user or a role.  You may select an object on a function.  You can select items, form groups or data sources and restrict access through options such as: 
* No View
* Updateable 
* No Update 
* Mandatory

The definition data for the Establish Form Object Security screen is stored in the [P2K_AM_FUNCTIONS] and [P2K_AM_OBJECT_SECURITIES] tables.

;[Item|ITEM_NAME]: This field selects a field on the screen.
;[Form Group|FG_CODE]: This field selects a tab or block on a screen.
;[Data Source|]: This field selects a table or view.
;[Security Access|SECURITY_ACCESS]: This field allows you to define the access level such as no view, no update, mandatory or updatable.
;[User|USER_NAME] or [Role|ROLE_NAME]: Select to whom or which role you wish to give or restrict access to. When selecting a role the Type field with the role should be 'Object Security', not 'Not Specified Roles'. 'Not Specified Roles' are carried over from the old system and will be removed in the future.
