Define Disciplinary Issue Types#
This screen allows you to establish the disciplinary issue types for your entity, for example, intoxication or excessive absenteeism. In addition to general types such as tardiness, you may define types unique to their entity
The data information for the Define Issue Types screen is maintained on the P2K_LR_ISSUE_TYPES table.
- Issue Type
- This field is a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the issue type being defined. Issue_Type_Code is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field.
- Description
- This field allows you to provide a short description of the issue type. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may manually enter.
- Issue Type Text
- This field allows you to provide a more in-depth description of the issue type. Issue_Type_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may manually enter.
