The Define Dispute Types (ILDT) screen allows you to identify the specific types of disputes, both general and those dispute types unique to your company. For example, a dispute type might be a violation of the labor agreement, harassment, violation of the promotion process or unequal pay.

;[Dispute Type|DISPUTE_TYPE]:This field is a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the dispute type being defined. Dispute_Type is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field you must manually enter.
;[Description]:You may provide a short description of the dispute type in this field. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
;[Dispute Type Text|DISPUTE_TYPE_TEXT]: This field is a free form text area you may employee to provide a further description of the dispute type. Dispute_Type_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill.
