DEFINE MEDICAL EXAM TYPES#

The Define Medical Exam Types (IHTP) form allows you to establish medical exam types within the system. The definition data for the Define Medical Exam Types screen is stored in the P2K_SH_MEDICAL_EXAM_TYPES and P2K_SH_REQUIRED_MEDICAL_TESTS table

Type

This field allows you to categorize the medical exam to a specific type. Medical_Type_Code is a 16 alphanumeric field you may manually fill.

Description

This field provides further information on the medical exam type. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually

Required Medical Tests#

Medical Test Type

This field allows you to categorize the test into a specific type. Medical_Test_Type is a mandatory field you may fill with a selection from the user-defined lexicon X_MEDICAL_TEST_TYPE.

Text

This field allows you to provide further information about the medical test. Medical_Test_Text is an optional 4000-character alphanumeric field you may fill manually.
