SCHEDULE SAFETY ACTIVITIES#
The Schedule Safety Activities (IHSA) screen allows you to manage safety activities.
The definition data for the Track Safety Incidents screen is stored in the P2K_SH_SAFETY_ACTIVITIES and P2K_SH_SAFETY_LOGS table.
- Safety Policy
- This field identifies the policy associated with the activity.
- Description
- This field allows you to provide further information about the activity.
- Location
- This field identifies the location associated with the safety activity.
- Entity
- This field identifies the entity associated with the safety activity.
- Activity Type
- This field classifies the activity into a specific type.
- Activity Status
- This field identifies the status of the safety activity.
- Initial Date
- This field indicates the first time the activity occurred.
- Interval
- If the activity repeats, this field will display the repeat interval.
- Basis
- This field displays the time basis for the repeat interval. e.g. month, year.
- Date
- This field identifies the date the activity occurred.
- Time
- This field identifies the time the activity occurred.
- Status
- This field indicates the status of the event.
- Done By Employee / Or By Contact
- These fields identify who created the logs.
- You may only complete one of these fields.
- * For internal contacts, use the Employee Name field. The link to IEID (P2K_HR_IDENTITIES) is made through the foreign key EID_ID.
- * For external contacts, use the Contact Name field. The link to IECI (P2K_HR_CONTACTS) is made through the foreign key
- Description
- This field allows you to provide further information about the activity log.
- Next Activity Date
- This field identifies the next scheduled time for the activity.
