IDENTIFY WORKPLACE HAZARDS#

The Identify Workplace Hazards (IHAZ) screen allows you define within the system any potential workplace hazards.

The definition data for the Track Safety Incidents screen is stored in the P2K_SH_HAZARDS, P2K_SH_LOCATION_HAZARDS and P2K_SH_JOB_HAZARDS table.

Hazard Code

This field identifies the hazard. Hazard_Code is a mandatory 16 alphanumeric field.

Description

This field provides a short description of the hazard. Description is an optional 50 alphanumeric field.

Location Hazards tab#

Location

This field identifies the location associated with the workplace hazard. Location from IDLN (P2K_CM_LOCATIONS) is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV.

Text

This field allows you provide additional information about the hazard location. Location_Hazard_Text is an optional 4000 alphanumeric field.

Job Hazards tab#

Job

This field identifies the job associated with the workplace hazard. Job from IDJB (P2K_CM_JOBS) is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV.

This field allows you provide additional information about the job associated with the hazard. Job_Hazard_Text is an optional 4000 alphanumeric field.
