IDENTIFY WORKPLACE HAZARDS#
The Identify Workplace Hazards (IHAZ) form allows users to define any potential workplace hazards.
The definition data for the Identify Workplace Hazards form is stored in the P2K_SH_HAZARDS, P2K_SH_LOCATION_HAZARDS and P2K_SH_JOB_HAZARDS table.
IHAZ Field Descrptions#
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Hazard Code | This field identifies the hazard. |
| Description | This field displays a short description of the hazard. |
Location Hazards tab#
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Location | This field defines the location associated with the workplace hazard. |
| Text | Users can enter additional information about the hazard location. |
Job Hazards tab#
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Job | This field defines the job associated with the workplace hazard. |
| Text | Users can enter additional information about the job associated with the hazard. |
