!!!IDENTIFY WORKPLACE HAZARDS

The Identify Workplace Hazards (IHAZ) screen allows you define within the system any potential workplace hazards.

The definition data for the Track Safety Incidents screen is stored in the [P2K_SH_HAZARDS], [P2K_SH_LOCATION_HAZARDS] and [P2K_SH_JOB_HAZARDS] table.

;[Hazard Code|HAZARD_CODE]: This field identifies the hazard. Hazard_Code is a mandatory 16 alphanumeric field.
;[Description]: This field provides a short description of the hazard. Description is an optional 50 alphanumeric field.

;[Location|LOCATION_CODE]: This field identifies the location associated with the workplace hazard. Location from [IDLN] ([P2K_CM_LOCATIONS]) is a mandatory field you must fill through the LOV.
;[Text|LOCATION_HAZARD_TEXT]: This field allows you provide additional information about the hazard location. Location_Hazard_Text is an optional 4000 alphanumeric field.
