VIEW BUDGET AMOUNTS#

After the budget amounts have been created, multiple views of the data, known as 'viewpoints', may be created.

The viewpoints may be seen in the View Budget Amounts (IFVP) form.

You may create as many viewpoints with varying attributes as they wish. Viewpoint This field holds the user-defined name of the ‘view’ to be created. Viewpoint_Code is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field you must manually enter. Viewpoint Type This field catagorizes the viewpoint into a specific type. Viewpoint Status This field indicates the status of the viewpoint. Description This field holds a short description of the viewpoint. Description is an optional 50-character alphanumeric field you may manually enter. Budget This field allows you to select the budget you would like to view. Budget Plan This field allows you select the budget plan you would like to view. Where Clause This allows you specify conditions for which viewpoints to be shown. View Budget Amounts - Yearly

Year This field displays the year the budget amount is given for. PC Code This field displays the PC code associated Total Amount This field displays the total budget amount for the year. View Budget Amounts - Quarterly \ Quarterly This field displays the fiscal quarter the budget amount is given for. PC Code This field displays the PC code associated Total Amount This field displays the total budget amount for the quarter. View Budget Amounts - Monthly

Month This field displays the month the budget amount is given for. PC Code This field displays the PC code associated Total Amount This field displays the total budget amount for the month.
