!!!VIEW ALL APPROVAL RECORDS

This form (IDVAR) is used to view approval details and approve if the user has approval rights.  This function is dynamic and displays different details specific to the approval entity.  Approval records that have the [status|APPROVAL_STATUS] 'Ready To Be Approved' or 'Future Approval' will be visible here. 

The user may select an approval record from the find list below:
;[Approval Process|APPROVAL_PROCESS_CODE]:This field identifies the process awaiting approval.
;[Type|APPROVAL_TYPE]:This field categorizes the process.
;[Description|DESCRIPTION]:This field provides a description of the process.
;[Reference Info|REFERENCE_INFO]:This field provides additional information to identify the process. (Mandatory)
;[Type|APPROVAL_TYPE]:This field categorizes the approval process.

;[Approval Process|DESCRIPTION]: The description of the approval process will display. 

;[Created On|APPROVAL_TIMESTAMP]:This field shows the date the process was created.
;[Type|APPROVAL_TYPE]:This field categorizes the process.
;[Step #|SEQUENCE]:This field identifies the current step for approval process.
;[Reference Info|REFERENCE_INFO]:This field provides additional information to identify the process.

If an embedded form (i.e. EPTS) has been added to the approval process, additional information pertaining to the data awaiting approval may be displayed.
