DEFINE LEGISLATIVE FORM VARIABLES#

The Define Legislative Form Variables (IDFDV) form allows you to create field variables for governmental forms such as tax forms and unemployment insurance.

The definition data for the Define Legislative Form Variables screen is stored in the P2K_CM_FORM_DEFINITIONS and P2K_CM_FORM_VARIABLES tables.

The sequential order of the variable is defined in this field.

Identifier

The fields within this form are identified here.

Description

A short description of the variable is provided here.

Level

The field level (e.g. employee, employer, federal, etc.) is identified here.

O/R Prompt

The override name of the field that will be displayed on the form is identified here.

The source of the field (database column, element, pay component) will be displayed in this field.

The variable for the field is identified here.
