PREPARE BENEFIT OPEN ENROLLMENT ASSESSMENTS#
Assessments may be used within an Open Enrollment period to ask questions to the employee. The assessment is tied to a Coverage in IBPN. In WEBOEE, if an employee elects the coverage with the assessment they will be prompted with an action button to press to take the assessment.
Once an assessment has been taken and the open enrollment has been processed, the question and answers may be viewed in the IBEN.
For more information on Assessments in Open Enrollment please see the page titled Asking Questions in Open Enrollment.
The IBAS screen allows you to create and maintain assessments strictly for Benefit Open Enrollment. The definition data for the Prepare Assessments screen is stored in the P2K_RE_ASSESSMENTS, P2K_RE_QUESTIONS and P2K_RE_QUESTION_CHOICES table.
