__Leave Lines__ are the records of leave time that an employee has taken or is planning to take,and audit lines of when and what the attendance routine has calculated.

__Leave Line Details__ are the specific attendance components affected by a leave line
transaction.

You may access this feature through the Screens/Forms menu:
Time and Attendance > Maintain Leave Records

Leave Line data is maintained on the [P2K_AT_LEAVE_LINES] and
[P2K_AT_LEAVE_LINE_DETAILS].

!!Maintain Leave Records (IAAL) - All Leaves At A Glance
;[Start Date|START_DATE]:This is the date that the leave line record begins. Start_Date is a mandatory date field.
;[End Date|END_DATE]:This is the date that the leave line record ends. End_Date is a mandatory date field.
;[Leave Type|LEAVE_TYPE_CODE]:This field holds the user-defined code to indicate the leave type. Leave_Type_Code is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field that is High Line provided or may be manually entered.
;[Time Code|TIME_CODE]:This field holds the time code for which the leave line record is being created. The field will be blank if created by [UPCALC]. Time_Codes is a mandatory 16-character alphanumeric field that the user must manually enter or use the LOV (F9).
;[Start Time|START_TIME]:This is the time that the leave began. Start_Time is a 5-digit numeric field.
;[End Time|END_TIME]:This is the time that the leave ended. End_Time is a 5-digit numeric field.
;[Projected Time|PROJECTED_TIME]: This field displays the 'projected' amount of time that has been requested. This field is populated when a leave line is entered for a future dated leave. Projected_time is an 18-digit optional field.
;[Actual Time|OVERALL_LEAVE_TIME]: This field displays the total amount of time that has been requested. Overall_Leave_Time is an 18-digit optional field.
;[Basis|TIME_BASIS]:This is the time basis of the requested time to be taken.
Time_Basis is an optional fixed lexicon ([X_TIME_BASIS]) that you may use to look up the value.
;[Approval|LEAVE_APPROVAL]:This field tracks whether the leave has been ‘approved’, is ‘awaiting approval’ or has been‘denied’. Leave_Approval is an optional fixed lexicon ([X_LEAVE_APPROVAL]) that you may use to look up
the value.
;[Cascaded|CASCADED]: This is a toggle field used to indicate if the time has been cascaded from one leave bank to another.
