How Do I Copy a Coverage?#

1. Have the cursor focused on a P2K_BE_COVERAGES column within a form.
2. Click the Deep Copy Record icon, which will bring up the Copy Pension Plans (CXPN) screen.
3. Enter the new pension plan name.
4. Identify the work area associated with the work station.
5. Save the record.

To see a complete list of the forms using the P2K_BE_COVERAGES table, please go to the Maintain Table Details IMTD screen.

COPY COVERAGE#

This screen allows you to create a copy of the policy coverage in focus.

To access this screen you must have the cursor focused on a P2K_BE_COVERAGES column within the form.

To see a complete list of the forms using the P2K_BE_COVERAGES table, please go to the Maintain Table Details IMTD.

New Coverage Code

This field allows you to provide the name of the new leave policy.
