How Do I Approve or Cancel a Training Request?#
In order to use the ‘Process Approvals’ option in Self Service, approvals must be set up. In addition, you must be authorized to approve.- Go to Manager Self Service > Approvals > Approve Training Requests
- From the list of employee who have made requests select (double-click on) the one you wish to work with.
- From the list of classes they have applied for select (click on) the one you wish to work with.
- If you are authorized for an approval level, in the Approval Status section you will see two buttons:
- Click on the green check to approve or
- Click on the red X to cancel the request.
