How Do I Approve or Cancel a Training Request?
In order to use the ‘Process Approvals’ option in Self Service, approvals must be set up. In addition, you must be authorized to approve.
See the Self Service Web Site Administration and the HHRM Salary Administration manuals for details on setting up approvals.
Go to Manager Self Service > Approvals > Approve Training Requests
From the list of employee who have made requests select (double-click on) the one you wish to work with.
From the list of classes they have applied for select (click on) the one you wish to work with.
If you are authorized for an approval level, in the Approval Status section you will see two buttons:
Click on the green check to approve or
Click on the red X to cancel the request.
