HELP_URL (System Preference)#
This preference identifies the path to the Wiki subsystem for context-sensitive help.
When you have a form in focus and press the help icon, a page will be drawn up from the Wiki that pertains to the form that you are on. If you do not have a form in focus then the Wiki main page will be presented in a browser.
This preference must, therefore, be set to the partial URL to access the Wiki, excluding the page reference which is dynamically determined.
For example, if the URL to this page is:
http://appserver.mycompany.com:8070/Wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=HELP_URLthen the HELP_URL should be set to:
http://appserver.mycompany.com:8070/Wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=without the page reference After the preference has been defined on IMST, you must log out and log back in again to access Wiki from within Personality.
Note This preference can also be set at the Role level which will override the site setting allowing you to set up a special knowledgebase aim strictly at employees without the full knowledge that comes with our main wiki.
