FTE_OVERRIDE_RULE is a fixed lexicon field that provides a warning rule to be used if the total FTE of a position exceeds the authorized FTE when placing an employee into the position.
X_FTE_OVERRIDE_RULE is a fixed lexicon with the following values:
| Saved Value | Displayed Value |
|---|---|
| 01 | May not exceed FTE |
| 02 | Warn if FTE exceeded |
| 03 | May exceed FTE |
