FAMILIES FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT POLICY (H.R. 6201 Legislation for U.S. Customers)#

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (HR 6201) requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19 began on April 1st 2020.

The act gives all American businesses with fewer than 500 employees funds to provide employees with paid leave, either for the employee's own health needs or to care for family members.

Leave Policies#
