The [embedded form|EMBEDDED FORMS]  Job Requisition Approval (ERPO) is used by both the [request facility|REQUEST FACILITY] and by [approvals|APPROVALS] to display crucial information regarding Job Posting.

;[Posting#|POSTING_CODE]:This field holds the number, reference code or abbreviation that uniquely identifies this position within the organization. 
;[Posting Title|POSTING_TITLE]:This field holds the official or formal title of the posting.
;[Posting Type|POSTING_TYPE]:This field shows if the posting is internal, external or both.
;[Posting Category|POSTING_CATEGORY]:This fild allows a user to group the posting into different classifications.

;[Job Profile|JOB PROFILES]:This field identifies the [posting|JOB PROFILES] for which the posting is being created.
;[Requisition Date|REQUISITION_DATE]:This field displays the date for this [requisition|REQUISITIONS] was created.
;[Posting Priority|POSTING_PRIORITY]:The priority of the postings will be shown in this field.
;[Posting Source|POSTING_SOURCE]:This field provides a reason for the postings. 
;[Entity|ENTITY_CODE]:This field displays the entity that is generating the postings.
;[Unit|UNIT_CODE]:This field will display the unit associated with this postings. 
;[Group|GROUP_CODE]:This field will display the group associated with this postings.
;[Department|DEPARTMENT_CODE]:This field will display the department associated with this postings.
