ENTER_ENROLLMENT is an optional toggle, if the ‘Enter Enrollment’ toggle is ON, this indicates that the coverage component value may be overridden on the employee's Benefit Enrollment (IBEN) form. If the toggle is OFF, the component may not be overridden.
