EMPLOYEE_SIGN_OFF is a toggle found on the [P2K_BE_OPEN_ENROLLMENT_EES] and [P2K_PR_TIME_SHEETS] tables. !Benefits This toggle is automatically populated when an employee submits their open enrollment benefit elections. This toggle is not seen in any form; it is strictly in the database on the table [P2K_BE_OPEN_ENROLLMENT_EES] and may be used for workflow or reporting purposes. When the employee’s open enrollment is re-opened, the toggle is unchecked. \\ !Time sheets This toggle can be added to various browser screens to allow employees to validate that they believe their time sheet is accurate. Selecting the [ACT_RECEIVED_EE_SIGN_OFF] button will populate the EMPLOYEE_SIGN_OFF column with a value of 1 in the database.
