ELIGIBLE_DAYS is an optional 18-character numeric field.  ‘Eligible Days’ are based on the data in the Eligible Element field of the Wage Step Rules [ISRS] form. As pay components are normally in hours, this field is populated by determining the ‘Eligible Hours’ and dividing it by the standard hours per day on the group form.
