ELEMENT_CODE_BASE_OF is a field which should be filled in if the ALLOCATION_TYPE is set to “01” - Fringe Allocation or “02” – Burden Allocation This is the element that contains the Pay Components upon which the allocation will be based. This must be a valid element defined on P2K_PR_ELEMENTS.
