ELECTION_INTRO_TEXT is a 4000 character alphanumeric field which is used to include introductory text to the plans in the WEBOEE form. This can be used to provide additional instructions to employees. Basic HTML tags can be used to tailor the look of the text.

This field is also used in IBPN to indicate which documents are required to be uploaded by the employee, if supporting documentation is required upon election. If this field is populated in IBPN, the required documents will be listed in the WEBOEE form.
