ELECTION_INTRO_TEXT is a 4000 character alphanumeric field which is used to include introductory text to the plans in the [WEBOEE] form. This can be used to provide additional instructions to employees. Basic HTML tags can be used to tailor the look of the text.

This field is also used in [IBPN] to indicate which documents are required to be uploaded by the employee, if supporting documentation is required upon election.  If this field is populated in [IBPN], the required documents will be listed in the [WEBOEE] form.
