|__Values__| Y (yes) - Will restrict the list of assignments to Prime only\\N (no) - will not restrict to the Prime only, will see all Assignments
|__Default__| If not specified, the default is N
|__Notes__| This preference should be set on functions that have a PL/SQL block setting in [IMFN] of "FIND_MGREAS".  This is limited primarily to Manager Self Service screens.
