| Notes | When any of the follow items or changed on an employee's assignment record, timesheets will be regenerated with the new information. In general, regeneration occurs on any open timesheet unless: * There are more than five open timesheets, in which case no timesheets will be regenerated * If timesheets are generated by assignment, only the open timesheets for the changed assignment are regenerated. |

- position is changed
- job is changed
- department is changed
- work rule is changed
- work calendar is changed
- hours per day is changed
- employment status is changed
- effective date is changed
- effective record is deleted
