• Embedded forms will be displayed in the IERQ for context information for a request • The Embedded forms can be attached to a Request Type in IMRT • Special form definitions may be required since space on IERQ is limited (e.g.) instead of trying to put the entire IPTS form in the tab, a new function ‘EPTS’ has been defined to show crucial time sheet information • The embedded form should automatically query to the subject record of the request Most embedded screens will be supplied - this is the responsibility of the developer – but customers can define their own embedded screens
