A [foreign key] link from the originating table back to the [ID] found on [P2K_CM_TIME_CODES] table.

This key differentiates from the [DTC_ID] on [P2K_AT_LEAVE_SCHEDULES] as a link to a secondary "associated" time code (see [IALS])
