DFT RECIP START(System_Preference)#

DescriptionUsed to determine how the Start Date on the IBRA is handled.
Set at (IMFN) Function
Takes effect
Values Y = Yes
N = No
Default Y = Yes
Notes When set to "Y", will default the dependent's Start Date to be the Eligibility Start Date. Otherwise Start Date will not be defaulted.
