Provides for the option to have default Pay Rules record created and used in situations where an [IPRLU] (USA), or [IPRLC] (Canada) can not be located when calculating a Pay.  It allows the pay to proceed using the defaults.   This feature is designed for [UPCALC] and does not have any affect in a 'Trial Calculation from [IPPH].  To perform a 'Trial' Calculation, you must set up a Pay Rule manually. 

An example of a value may be NORMAL PAY.

This preference is set by site ([IMST]).
