DFLT FREQUENCY (System Preference)#
NOTE - This Preference has been Deprecated.This preference identifies the FREQUENCY_CODE as defined on IPPF to use when an arrears record is created when insufficient earnings is engaged during the payroll calculation.
This preference is set to the actual 'FREQUENCY_CODE' to use. If the preference cannot be located, the UPCALC process will look for a FREQUENCY_CODE of 'ARREARS'
This preference is set by site (IMST) or by role (IMRO).
