How Do I Decline/Unenroll from a Current Benefit Plan?#
- Go to Employee Self Service > My Benefits > My Benefits Election.
- From the list, select the plan you wish to decline; its Status should be of Enrolled.
- Click the Decline Coverage link. The ‘Decline a Benefit’ dialogue box appears.
- Enter the Effective date as the date you would like the benefit to stop (this may be changed during the approval process).
- Click on the Submit button.
