DB - Database Field Database Fields allow the user to access a large amount of information about the employee from within a UserCalc. Database fields that may be read include, but are not limited to, common definitions (CM), employee master file information (HR), and payroll information (PR). If the Database (DB) type is used, a list of all the available Database fields will be accessible in the Operand (You may access this list by pressing ‘F9’ or by double clicking on the ‘Operand 1’ header). The user may select from this list, after which the program will return to the UserCalc form to continue. Statement: If employees are in Group 56 then go to section 2 otherwise, section 10.
