CONTRACT_TYPE allows the user to categorize the contracts into specific types.
X_CONTRACT_TYPE is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 01 | $ Paid As Earned |
| 02 | $ Prorated Over Term |
| 03 | "n" Fixed Payments |
| 04 | "n" Payments Banked |
