!!Mobile Application for tablets and phones. Enter the url specific to your site to launch the logon screen on a tablet or phone. The log on screen will use the same logon credentials that are used for Self Service access: Access Key + password (preferred method) Or Last name + Person code + password. There are two Role Types that can be used in the employee's Self Service Access User Profile that will determine the Role used in the mobile device: ''Bus - Smart Phone'' and ''Bus - Tablet''. If both role types are used in the SS user role then the Role displayed in the mobile device will according to the mobile device; a smart phone will show ''Employee or Manager Smart Phone Role'' and a tablet will display ''Employee or Manager Tablet Role''. The default screen shown, after logging on, will be driven by the roles the employee has. If the employee has only the Employee Tablet or Smart Phone Role then the Enter Time By Day will be the default screen. If the user has the Manager Tablet or Smart Phone Role as well as the employee role, then the default screen will be Approve Timesheets. The Enter Time By Day screen will include a date bar showing the current date and the date can be moved forward or back using the blue âÂÂarrowâ icons. [{Image src= [entertime.png|thumb|right| width='200'}] The Approve Timesheets screen will show any submitted time sheets ready for manager approval [{Image src= [approvetime.PNG|thumb|right| width='200'}] !Enter Time By Day Click on the date and this will open a calendar dialog box which has 'spin-wheels to set the day, month and year for a new date. Click on 'set Date' to update the date in the date-bar. [{Image src= [calendar.png] width='200'}] If there is an open time sheet which includes the date displayed, then an 'Add Time' button will be displayed allowing the user to add time for the day, this will open a time-entry screen where the user can add time. If the time sheet was generated with time then that time will be displayed. [{Image src= [existingtime.png] width='200'}] Clicking on the Blue arrow on the left will bring the user to a time-entry screen where the existing time can be added. in the Enter Time Details view, time is entered by either using the - or + buttons or by entering the time in ''INPUT'' in the Time or Amount button. [{Image src= [menuicon.png] width='50'}] There will be an Employee Tablet or Smart Phone Role drop-down menu and if the user is also a Manager, there will be a Manager Tablet or Smart Phone Role drop-down menu. There are also options to go to Self Service, no log on required, and to Logout from the mobile application. !Employee Tablet Role This role has access to four functions: *Enter Time by Day (The default view) *Submit My Timesheets *My leave Balances *Request Leave __Submit My Timesheets__ In this screen you will find a list of time sheets with start/end dates that are ready to be submitted. There is a TS# and the total hours are shown in the time sheet header. The 'Down Arrow' will open up the time sheets to show all dates with time; editing is not allowed in this screen. There is a 'Submit' button to complete the submit process. Once time has been submitted, there will no longer be an Add Time button in the Enter Time By Day screen, the time entered is seen but cannot be updated. __My Leave Balances__ This screen will list all leave policies for an employee with the current balance. The blue arrow will bring the user to a view of the Leave Details with drop down views of the 'Used Total,' 'Requested Total,' and 'Approved Total.' __Request Leave__ This screen will allow the employee to request leave. The leave type and a leave reason are selected the a Start and End date is entered; the end date will default in from the Start Date entered. When the date field is clicked in, the Calendar dialog box will be displayed. The leave time is entered and the record saved.
