CODE_SEQUENCE_ALLOWED is a toggle which identifies if a column (field) is defined to allow code sequencing.
Code Sequencing (set up in IMCS) is a method of having the application automatically assign a numerical code (in sequential order) for a specific column/field in the application. Code Sequencing is often used for fields like person code, batch number and pay run number.
