This screen allows you to create a [copy|DEEP_COPY_FACILITY] of the LOV query in focus. 

To access this screen you must have the cursor focused on a [P2K_AM_LOV_QUERIES] column within the form. 

To see a complete list of the forms using the [P2K_AM_LOV_QUERIES] table, please go to the Maintain Table Details [IMTD].

;[New LOV Code|LOV_CODE]:This field allows you to provide the name of the new list of values.
