!System Preference
This preference defines the percentage to use to calculate how close a class is to becoming full. This is used by the [Status|DRV_AVAILABILITY] field in [WECCL] to indicate the availability of the class.

If the number of enrolled registrants is less than X % of the Class' [Maximum size|MAXIMUM_SIZE] the status will reflect as OPEN.

If the number of enrolled registrants is greater than or equal with the Maximum size the status will reflect as FULL. 

If the number of enrolled registrants is between X % of the Maximum size and the Maximum size the status will reflect as ALMOST FULL. 

The default value for the preference is 90. 

This preference is set by site ([IMST]) or by role ([IMRO]).
