To access this screen you must have the cursor focused on a [P2K_SH_SAFETY_POLICIES] column within the form. 

To see a complete list of the forms using the [P2K_SH_SAFETY_POLICIES] table, please go to the Maintain Table Details [IMTD].

;[New Policy Code|POLICY_START_DATE]:This field allows you to provide the new safety policy code name.

;[Entity|ENTITY_CODE]:The safety policy is associated with the entity defined in this field.
