‘Period’ is the year and period that uniquely identifies the calendar period. The calendars are defined in the format of CCYY-PP, where CC is the century, YY is the year and PP is the period. For example – period 2003-01 may be for April 15 to May 14, 2003. When users enter CCYYPP (200301), the dash (-) between the year and period will be automatically formatted by Personality to 2003-01. A monthly calendar for the calendar year Jan-Dec 2003 would have calendar periods 2003-01 through 2003-12. A weekly calendar for the fiscal year Apr2003-Mar2004 would have calendar periods 2004-01 through 2004-52 or 2004-53. For the date-based records, the CALENDAR_PERIOD is derived from the [PAY_ISSUE_DATE] on the [pay header|[P2K_PR_PAY_HEADERS], at the time of the [UPCLOZ] process: ||[TODATE_TYPE]||CALENDAR_PERIOD | F | The Fiscal month, in format YYYYMM, from the [FISCAL_CALENDAR] | M | The Calendar month, in format YYYYMM | Q | The Calendar quarter, in format YYYYMM | Y | The Calendar year, in format YYYY | A | [ID] of the [P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS] record that this ties to
