BSS D REASON REQ (System Preference)#

For Open Enrollment in Benefit Self Service, by default the system will require a reason for decline when an employee declines a coverage. By adding the site preference with a value of N, decline reasons will no longer be required when an employee declines an election.

Values allowed are:

Y	Yes
N	No

This preference can be set by site (IMST)
