BLANK CHG RSN (System Preference)#

If 'Y', the change reason will be blanked out when entering the Effective Date Dialog.

This is used along with Object Security to force that a new change reason is entered every time the effective date is changed.

The Set Change Reason Object Security instructions should be followed to make the change reason mandatory in the dialog.

The net effect of these actions will be that users are forced to select a change reason and cannot simply leave the value 'as is'.

Values allowed are:

Y	Yes
N	No
